The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that software development and construction-related projects are thoroughly planned, efficiently executed, and successfully delivered.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Leadership :
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of projects, including authority submissions, design coordination, and construction management.
Feasibility Studies :
Conduct comprehensive technical and market feasibility analyses to support effective project decision-making.
Value Engineering :
Facilitate value engineering (VE) exercises to optimize cost, design efficiency, and functionality.
Stakeholder Coordination :
Act as the liaison between clients, consultants, authorities, and internal teams to ensure all requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
Progress Monitoring :
Track and monitor project costs, timelines, and deliverables; provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Department (HOD).
Requirements : Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Experience :
Minimum 8 years of professional experience, preferably with a consultancy firm or property developer.
Proven track record in managing high-rise development projects, particularly in the construction phase.
Prior experience working within an architecture firm is essential.
Knowledge & Skills :
Strong familiarity with local authority submission processes, regulations, and building codes.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex project environments.
