Responsibilities

• Responsible for growth indicators, especially proficient in designing user growth activities.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, newsletters, and triggered messages.
• Build a data analysis framework, monitor and analyze user growth data, evaluate the effect of strategies, and drive business growth through data.
• Focus on refined channel operation, build channel / user layered incentive system and lifecycle management mechanism, design differentiated operation strategy, and drive platform user growth.
• Build, manage and optimize paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter, and others.
• Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to improve ROI and scale campaigns effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate online / offline lead generation and customer-acquisition activities such as events, business partnerships, networking, promotions. Help gather and analyze competitor insights, trends, and data. Spot trends and apply ideas to crypto / blockchain.
