Job descriptionMinimum academic qualification of SPM. Preffered 2-3 years of working experience in Warehouse. Ability to read and understand basic English. Forklift or material handling equipment knowledge / certification is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials. Able to use Microsoft Office or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Physically fit to handle loading / unloading tasks. Responsible, reliable, honest and able to work independently as well as in a team. Willingness to work overtime, shifts, or weekends when / if required.
Your role in our team :
- Carry out unloading and Goods receiving activities.
- Inspect and verify the incoming materials against the Purchase Order and Delivery Notes.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safe handling of goods.
- Arrange and store materials in designated locations systematcially for easy retrieval and safety compliance.
- Material picking accurately from storage locations based on requisition / demand while updating the counting records promptly and correctly.
- Support and assist in the day-to-day operations in Warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and security especially within the Warehouse .
- Report discrepancies, damages or shortages to Operation lead promptly.
- Follow health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Implement safe lifting, storage and handling practices.
