Responsibilities

• Improve TikTok users’ search experience by determining their search needs through query and tools, and subsequently sorting it out by classification of requirements.
• Undergo weekly and bi-monthly search quality assessments to ensure current practice is in accordance with evaluation standard documents.
• Review the types of bad search cases and rate the quality of the results.
• Provide ideal search labelling results and suggestions for policy improvement.
