Overview
The Advisor is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date individual customer records and processing policy administration tasks efficiently and in compliance with internal standards. The role involves reviewing documentation, updating logs, inputting data and communicating with their senior to facilitate smooth processing.
Responsibilities
- Processing and evaluating movement files and policy transactions for new, renewal, and termination cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service standards and turnaround time standard
- Coordinate with senior staff to clarify details and resolve discrepancies
- Escalating complex or exceptional cases to senior advisors or supervisors as needed
- Follow up with the HK Sales Team regarding the insufficient information and incomplete form
Qualifications / Desired Professional Experience
