Virtual Reality Project Assistant / Research Assistant

Overview

Soqqle is seeking a dedicated IT Project Assistant and IT Research Assistant to join our team. This dual role combines project coordination with research support, helping drive the successful execution of our metaverse, VR, and game development initiatives for immersive learning.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and passionate about digital education technologies, with prior experience in project management or research, and preferably exposure to VR, AR, or game-based learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the VR / metaverse learning platform, including sprint planning, progress tracking, and documentation of deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and research partners to align milestones, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure smooth execution.
• Support research activities by conducting literature reviews, preparing study protocols, and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Contribute to drafting research papers, reports, and presentations for academic and industry dissemination.
• Actively participate in Unity-based development, assisting with scene building, interaction design, and testing.
• Be open to learning and applying new technical skills across programming, game development, and immersive technology integration.
