Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Penang, Malaysia. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with bank's high net worth clients, providing personalised financial advice and services to meet their banking needs, and achieving individual targets. The role involves daily tasks such as managing customer portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, conducting financial planning, and cross-selling a wide range of products.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification that consist of 5 passes with 3 Credits.
• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Strong Analytical and Financial Planning abilities
• Proficiency in Banking Products and Services
• Effective Communication and Negotiation skills
• Results-oriented with a proven track record in meeting sales targets
• Relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
