We’re seeking an experienced UI / UX Manager who can lead our design practice and deliver a scalable, intuitive product experience. This hands-on design leader will balance people leadership, strategic thinking, and delivery execution in enterprise SaaS contexts (Telco, CPQ, BSS, Order Management, Banking / Financial Services or Logistics). What you will do : Define and deliver the design vision for the Q&O platform. Lead and mentor a distributed team of UI / UX Designers. Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma. Stay hands-on with prototyping, research, A / B testing, and usability validation. Champion DesignOps, accessibility, and usability across the product lifecycle. Collaborate with Product & Engineering to ensure timely delivery of designs. Requirements

Core requirements include leadership experience and a strong design background in enterprise SaaS : 7+ years in UI / UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms (Telco, CPQ, BSS, Order Management, Banking / Financial Services strongly preferred). Ability to balance leadership with hands-on design (prototyping, user research, A / B testing, usability validation). Experience building and scaling design systems in Figma or equivalent tools. Strong knowledge of DesignOps frameworks and scaling design maturity. Customer-centric mindset with proven ability to translate insights into actionable design outcomes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership. Experience collaborating with global, distributed teams across time zones.
