Job Description
Lead, motivate, and manage team to deliver exceptional retail services.Ensure compliance with operational standards including service quality, customer care, and sales.Increase branch performance through sales growth and cost management.Plan workforce, recruit, and provide necessary training, focusing on sales goals and customer service.Supervise Outlet Supervisors, ensuring cleanliness, sales generation, and positive customer experience.Oversee reporting accuracy, branch administration, stock control, and security management.Coordinate marketing activities and ensure timely execution of campaigns and Point of Sales Materials.Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.Requirements
Candidates must possess a car and a valid driving license.Preferably candidates residing in Shah Alam, USJ, PJ.Preferably candidates with similar experience as Retail Manager / Outlet Manager in the retail industry.Hiring process : Virtual interview >5 days of ground training (similar to OS position) >
