This position is based in our Kuala Lumpur office, located at Menara Worldwide, Bukit Bintang, Malaysia.

Hybrid work arrangement available after confirmation for selected candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects – Work with a team of software engineers, plan with Project Managers, get hands‑on to get the job done
• Work with clients – Understand requirements and translate them into elegant system designs
• Drive technical excellence – Collaborate with architects, shape new features and champion best practices
• Ensure quality – Enforce code reviews, testing and CI / CD standards
• Grow teams – Motivate and develop engineers to reach their full potential
• Keep communication flowing – Bridge clients, teams and management with clear updates
