Job description

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting suitable eyewear.

Explain product features, promotions, and pricing to customers.

Handle sales transactions including order processing, payments, and receipts.

Maintain the store’s cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Prepare daily / weekly sales reports when required.

Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily store operations
