Job Description

In this role, you will :

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations across multiple countries in Asia to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Ensure the team performs according to set goals, KPIs, and SLAs, managing or escalating breaches as necessary.
• Ensure team compliance with global company standards, processes, and procedures.
• Lead and manage projects related to employee operations, including process improvements, system implementations, and compliance initiatives.
• Identify individual strengths of team members and contribute to their professional development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain processes and procedures that support employee operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
