We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Head of Digital Agility and Entrepreneurship to join our leadership team and drive digital innovation across our thriving international school of 1,400 students (Primary and Secondary).
This is an exceptional opportunity for an educational leader with the vision, expertise and creativity to embed the Digital Agility for Relevant Education (DARE) 2030 framework and equip staff and students to thrive in a rapidly changing digital world.
Purpose of the Role
The Head of Digital Agility and Entrepreneurship will :
- Lead the school’s digital learning strategy and innovation roadmap (2–5 years).
- Support teachers in embedding digital tools, AI and technology into daily teaching, learning and assessment.
- Foster an entrepreneurial mindset, encouraging staff and students to identify problems, design solutions and take initiative.
- Provide staff with coaching, training and professional learning, building confidence and consistency across the school.
- Maintain a 20–30% teaching load, ensuring ongoing engagement with classroom realities and modelling innovative practice.
- This balance reflects both the scale of our school and the strategic scope of the role : the majority of time is dedicated to leadership, collaboration, and long-term planning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement and review the school’s digital strategy, ensuring alignment with group expectations.Champion innovation, entrepreneurship and design thinking as transferable life skills.Lead whole-school professional development and coaching in digital learning.Serve as the key link between central digital innovation initiatives and school-level practice.Monitor, evaluate and report on the impact of digital and entrepreneurial initiatives.Candidate Profile
Holds a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, B.Ed. or equivalent).Has proven leadership experience in digital learning, educational technology or innovation.Demonstrates strong knowledge of pedagogy, AI applications in education and emerging digital learning trends.Has the ability to inspire, coach and build capacity in teachers across age phases and subject areas.Brings experience of strategic planning and implementing innovation at whole-school or multi-school level.Communicates effectively and collaboratively, engaging a wide range of stakeholders.Master’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Innovation or Leadership.Certifications such as Google Certified Educator / Trainer, Microsoft Innovative Educator or Apple Distinguished Educator.Experience with design thinking, entrepreneurial programmes and project management.Familiarity with the DARE 2030 framework.What We Offer
