Purpose Statement : To manage, control, and improve the process engineering technologies at the site level, including quoting new opportunities where needed.

Key Job Accountabilities :

• Manage DFx development associated with RFQs.
• Support DFx Guideline Development.
• Lead new customer / product introductions.
• Manage process controls.
• Lead new technology development and implementation.
• Exemplify and hold the team accountable to demonstrating Plexus' core values. Focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employees receive development and coaching to realize their full potential.
