Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Payment Gateway Operations / Manager (支付运营) based in the vibrant Bukit Bintang area of Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the company's payment gateway services.

What you'll be doing

Manage the day-to-day operations of the payment gateway, ensuring transactions are processed quickly and securely
Monitor payment processing performance and identify areas for improvement
Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
Analyse payment data and trends to inform strategic decision-making
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the payment gateway's functionality and customer experience
Oversee the training and development of the payment gateway operations team
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, technologies and best practices

What we're looking for

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends

Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, regulations and security standards

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
