Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in related field. 3-5 years of training experience, preferably in sales. Proficient in training delivery and content creation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently. Willingness to travel for fieldwork. Experience in consumer electronics or home appliances. Skilled in Microsoft Office. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Position Overview
Responsible for designing and delivering product training programs, developing training materials, conducting online and offline sessions, brand store training, supporting agent workshops, and providing field coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging product training programs online and offline.
- Develop training materials (e-learning, manuals, presentations).
- Conduct training at brand stores.
- Support and facilitate agent workshops.
- Perform field coaching to enhance agent business performance.
- Update training content based on product and market changes.
