Job description

Responsibilities

  • 1.Provide coordination and project management to ensure successful delivery of projects;
  • 2. Manage in-house development resources to provide timely delivery of quality solutions;
  • 3. Manage full development lifecycle including design, planning, development, release & implementation support;
  • 4. Interpret functional / technical / business specifications into technical delivery;
  • 5. Provide subject matters support to business change requests;
  • 6. Manage the project tasks and track the project progress;
  • 7. Develop and review the technical documents;
  • 8. Interact and provide the reporting to the supervisor;

9. Assist team members to develop and maintain software applications.

Ideal candidate should have :

  • Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of the relevant technologies, programming languages, and software development methodologies. This enables effective communication with technical teams and informed decision-making
  • Project Management : Proficient in project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Skills include planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, adapt to changing project requirements, and find creative solutions.
  • Leadership and Team Management : Ability to inspire, lead, and mentor technical teams. This includes managing conflicts, fostering collaboration, and motivating team members to achieve project goals.
  • Time Management : Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Stakeholder Management : Competence in managing relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management : Knowledge of budgeting and financial management to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Quality Assurance : Understanding of quality assurance processes to ensure the final product meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Adaptability : Flexibility to adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and changing project landscapes.
  • Negotiation : Strong negotiation skills to manage project scopes, timelines, and resource allocations effectively.
  • Required Skills and Experience :

  • Minimum 8 – 10 years of technology experiences and / or project management experience in network infrastructure such as structured cabling, wireless LAN, routing technologies and network solutions.
  • Certificate with Agile PM is mandatory, good experience and understanding of Agile methodology, able to deliver the projects with Agile
  • Experience with Cloud related project management is mandatory
  • Project management experience not only development, but everything include infra, security, QAT / UAT, prod deployment etc
  • Dedication and be aggressive to push the project and team to deliver the task on target on time
  • Passionate to learn new areas knowledge and willing to go deeper to find the real problems, and provide solutions
  • Communication skillset with all project stakeholders, include management, dev team, testing team
  • Experience in similar positions in a financial institution and / or consulting firm is preferred
  • Experience with Cloud related project management is mandatory
  • Demonstrated track record in project management and strong organization skill.
  • Ability to translate business plans / policies into actionable plans.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Is a self-starter, self-motivated, proactive and passionate individual who constantly strives for excellence and process good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective presentations and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment with a virtual / global team to deliver against all program / project objectives.
