Job summary

We're looking for a Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with business and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, streamline finance and operational processes, and deliver robust, scalable bots that drive efficiency and performance.

General Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain RPA bots, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and efficient.
• Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize RPA bots to ensure continuous performance.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to RPA bots in production.
• Document RPA processes, including technical specifications, process flows, and troubleshooting guides.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure compliance with security and data governance policies.
• Assist in the training of end-users and internal teams on RPA best practices and processes.
• Continuously improve RPA development practices and processes.

Education

A degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Work Experience

A minimum of two to three years of experience in RPA development or a similar role; hands-on experience with UiPath RPA tools is required; experience in project management is a plus.
