(HE) Quality Engineer (Sheet Metal / Aerospace) (58342)

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Quality Control systems and obtain relevant quality certifications.
• Oversee sample phase processes, perform quality statistical analysis, and monitor mass production quality performance.
• Develop and implement Standard Inspection Plans (SIP) for mass production.
• Manage nonconformities in production and implement corrective / preventive actions.
• Handle customer complaints in accordance with the 1-3-7 principle (Day 1 : report, Day 3 : conclusion, Day 7 : closure).
• Coordinate and manage timely handling of returned materials from customers.
• Provide training to QC team members on customer-specific criteria and internal quality issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for internal and customer quality issues, implement solutions, and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure effective Supplier Quality Management (SQM) and compliance with QMS standards.
