We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team, responsible for planning and implementing operational projects, programs, and improvement plans as assigned by the Head of Business Analyst. This role involves leading a team to develop comprehensive business scenarios for UAT executions, and effectively communicating changes in business rules to the Business department. Additionally, the position requires providing consultation, recommendations, and implementation on IT / Ops-related matters, while supporting the COO in operational functions and activities. You'll be responsible for :

• Supervise and provide guidance to Junior Business Analyst.
• Lead business walkthrough with business units to develop business initiatives or requirements, seek clarification, identify initiatives correlation, and provide initial process and systems impact analysis and resource needs.
• Review the documented User Requirements with the Business User and obtain proper signed off by the Business.
• Review Business User Test Scripts, support Business in the User Acceptance Testing and obtain proper signed off by the Business.
• Work with business units and IT to document functional test scenarios, test plans, test strategies and end-user acceptance testing criteria.
• Participate projects in accordance to project management principles and methodologies as business analyst roles.
• Develop / Maintain / Upgrade documentation specifics to Business Analyst.
• Ensure personal development for self improvement and build positive working relationships within the team.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the COO.
