Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the production line, ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Induct new personnel and schedule training sessions.
• Analyze flexibility and multi‑skills needs, define training plans to develop team autonomy.
• Monitor certification process and update real‑time flexibility grid.
• Manage daily absenteeism, holidays, safety rule enforcement, environmental risk analysis, APZ communication, and performance board updates.
• Validate operator working time and enforce standard stops.
• Escalate and perform reaction according to standards.
• Follow up on APZ main objectives in monthly meetings with people under your responsibility.
• Create a positive social climate; conduct annual appraisals, salary reviews, and career interviews.
