Senior Manager Analytics

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business and Data Analysts to achieve department goals and career growth. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the analytics team. Manage and allocate team resources effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables. Develop and implement analytics strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all analytics platforms. Insights & Reporting

Conduct data analysis and present findings, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Translate complex data into simple, business-friendly insights that drive strategic decisions. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in business analytics, data visualization, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance analytics capabilities. Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience (typically 6+ years) in business analytics, data analysis, or a related role, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership position. Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI). Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical data to non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive strategic initiatives. Seniority level
