Junior Recruiter & Payroll (Butterworth)
Assist in the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment reports.
Pre-screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding processes including document collection and preparation.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.0–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational and time-management skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using job portals / social media for recruitment.Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
