Responsibilities

• FOL / SEM - QC : Able to perform all QC Gates and monitors.
• Hands-on experience in SEM, Wire Bond, Die Attach, Monitors, 3rd optical, SMT would be an added advantage.
• Perform FOL monthly product characteristic monitor.
• EOL - QC : Able to perform all QC Gates and monitors.
• Hands-on experience in Trim and Form, X-Ray, Pick and Place, Strip Visual, Final Visual, Packing, CSAM would be an added advantage. Familiarity in decap procedure would be an added advantage.
• Perform EOL monthly product characteristic monitor.
• Final Test - QC : Hands-on experience in Final Visual, Packing, X-Ray, Pick and Place; computer knowledge would be an added advantage.
