Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand a strong network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), Asset Managers, Affiliates, and Institutional / B2B clients to grow business opportunities.
- Develop lasting relationships with clients — ensuring loyalty, satisfaction, and consistent conversions.
- Drive results by meeting and exceeding FX sales targets , while delivering top-tier service that encourages repeat business.
- Stay ahead of the market by keeping track of FX trends, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities .
- Enjoy comprehensive training and continuous support to help you perform at your best and achieve your goals.
- Identify and onboard new retail and institutional clients , including traders, brokers, andIntroducing brokers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with English and Chinese-speaking clients , ensuring exceptional service and long-term loyalty.
- Analyse market trends to uncover new growth opportunities and untapped regions.
- Stay ahead of the market by keeping track of FX trends, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities .
- Develop and execute strategic market entry plans to drive business expansion.
