Join KLINIK NG DAN SINGH' as a Customer Relation Officer based in Rawang, Selangor. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries from customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Listening to customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate and timely solutions
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
