Overview
Join KLINIK NG DAN SINGH' as a Customer Relation Officer based in Rawang, Selangor. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries from customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listening to customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate and timely solutions
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
