Key Responsibilities
- Support project engineers in planning, executing, and completing injection molding projects.
- Assist in internal communication and coordination between departments to serve company interests.
Prepare and organize data required for engineering studies conducted by Project Engineers.
Monitor and follow up on tooling buyoff, part testing, and validation activities for new projects.
Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation from tooling buyoff, part drawings, trial reports, until handover to production.Perform part inspections (visual, dimensional, functional) and report findings to engineers.Coordinate with tooling, maintenance, and production teams for mold modifications, repairs, or improvements.Support troubleshooting of molding defects (short shots, flash, sink marks, warpage, etc.) together with engineers.Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer / Plastics Engineering.Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in injection molding environment (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered).Familiarity with plastic injection molding machines, tooling, and auxiliary equipment.Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers gauges).Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to support engineers in cross-department coordination.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple project tasks simultaneously.Preferred Skills (Advantageous)
Basic knowledge of injection molding is preferrable.Basic CAD software knowledge or exposure to mold design.Job Type : Full-time
