To manage and oversee the daily operations of the store / warehouse,ensuring proper receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control ofelectronic components, raw materials, and finished goods in accordancewith company standards and ESD safety requirements.

- Supervise receipt, storage, and issuance of all materials, components, and tools.
- Maintain accurate stock levels in the system (e.g., ERP, SAP).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory.
- Ensure FIFO / FEFO principles are followed, especially for date sensitive materials.
- ESD Compliance
- Ensure ESD-sensitive materials are handled, stored, and issued according to ANSI / ESD S20.20 or IEC 61340 standards.
- Verify that EPA (Electrostatic Protected Areas) rules are enforced within the store.
- Supervise and guide storekeepers, material handlers, and warehouse assistants.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor staff productivity.
- Provide training on material handling, safety, and ESD compliance.
- Documentation & System Updates
- Ensure all material movements are recorded accurately in the inventory system.
- Maintain proper records of receipts, dispatches, returns, and stock adjustments.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams for smooth material flow.
- Safety & Housekeeping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store area.
- Enforce safety protocols, including PPE and fire safety.
- Ensure proper storage of hazardous or flammable materials, if any.
- Audits & Reporting
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly stock and movement reports.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Authority
- Ensure the Store Area No Unauthorized Trespassing.
- Ensure Stock movement with valid docs.
- Issue counselling, warning letter, verbal warning to MH whom fail to comply the safe work, company standard or disobey the work arrangement.
Job Qualification :
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of experience in warehouse / store supervision, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse systems.Familiarity with ESD-safe practices and materials.Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.Leadership and team management skills.Strong organizational and communication skills.May involve standing, lifting, and physical material handling.Requires working in ESD-controlled environments.Shift work may apply depending on production schedule.ESD Awareness / Control Certification.Inventory or Supply Chain Management Certificate (e.g., APICS).Why Join Us?
