Job Summary

We are seeking Senior / Project Engineers to oversee water and wastewater projects from planning through execution. You will manage projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery that meets budget, schedule, and technical standards.

This role is well-suited for engineers who are passionate about driving end-to-end project execution and delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions in water and wastewater treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Oversee all technical aspects of project implementation including mechanical, electrical, control systems, and chemical / biological processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, interpreting their needs and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance, including budget, schedule, and team productivity, and report progress to management.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project timelines and specifications.
• Facilitate technical discussions with internal teams to review deliverables and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate across departments to share knowledge and support problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement.
