Responsible for segment productivity improvement and sustainability through Industrial Engineering functions.
Job Description
In your new role, you will :
- Lead and manage efficiency, standards, and improvements for OP3.
- Analyze and define operational efficiency opportunities based on key TCR cost elements (Personnel, Capital, & Material).
- Provide guidance to IE engineers. Deploy IE tools and methodologies in conducting studies, data collection, and projects. Ensure new platforms are covered under IBID and iTFM.
- Set and establish manufacturing standards and KPIs annually. Identify gaps and formulate actions to close them. Collaborate with Operations to buy-in new standards / KPIs for TCR and review with Resource Planning & Finance.
- Ensure the quality of the Basic IE database—standards for labor, material usage factors, operation cycle time, UPH, OEE.
- Drive, monitor, and analyze equipment speed loss, SDT, UDT; identify areas of focus and root causes of speed loss; form functional teams to restore equipment throughput performance to meet TCR / ambitious targets.
Your Profile
You are best equipped if you have :
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.More than 5 years of experience related to semiconductor assembly in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.Experience in work study, plant layout, material standardization, and headcount modeling.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact across various organizational levels.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
