Senior Staff Engineer Industrial Engineering

Responsible for segment productivity improvement and sustainability through Industrial Engineering functions.

Job Description

In your new role, you will :

• Lead and manage efficiency, standards, and improvements for OP3.
• Analyze and define operational efficiency opportunities based on key TCR cost elements (Personnel, Capital, & Material).
• Provide guidance to IE engineers. Deploy IE tools and methodologies in conducting studies, data collection, and projects. Ensure new platforms are covered under IBID and iTFM.
• Set and establish manufacturing standards and KPIs annually. Identify gaps and formulate actions to close them. Collaborate with Operations to buy-in new standards / KPIs for TCR and review with Resource Planning & Finance.
• Ensure the quality of the Basic IE database—standards for labor, material usage factors, operation cycle time, UPH, OEE.
• Drive, monitor, and analyze equipment speed loss, SDT, UDT; identify areas of focus and root causes of speed loss; form functional teams to restore equipment throughput performance to meet TCR / ambitious targets.
