Senior Manager Industrial Engineering

Analyze and define operational efficiency opportunities based on key TCR cost elements (Personnel, Capital, & Material) through DMAIC approaches.

Job Description

In your new role, you will :

• Lead and manage the ESI and NLoP teams.
• Provide guidance to IE engineers. Deploy IE tools and methodologies in conducting studies, data collection, and projects.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate within a team to resolve problems.
• Establish manufacturing standards and KPIs annually. Identify gaps and formulate actions to close them. Work with Operations to gain buy-in for new standards / KPIs related to TCR and review with Resource Planning & Finance.
• Ensure data quality of the Basic IE database—standards for labor, material usage factors, operation cycle time, UPH, and OEE.
• Be responsible for segment YoY productivity by continuously exploring efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
