Analyze and define operational efficiency opportunities based on key TCR cost elements (Personnel, Capital, & Material) through DMAIC approaches.
Job Description
In your new role, you will :
- Lead and manage the ESI and NLoP teams.
- Provide guidance to IE engineers. Deploy IE tools and methodologies in conducting studies, data collection, and projects.
- Drive process improvements and collaborate within a team to resolve problems.
- Establish manufacturing standards and KPIs annually. Identify gaps and formulate actions to close them. Work with Operations to gain buy-in for new standards / KPIs related to TCR and review with Resource Planning & Finance.
- Ensure data quality of the Basic IE database—standards for labor, material usage factors, operation cycle time, UPH, and OEE.
- Be responsible for segment YoY productivity by continuously exploring efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
Your Profile
You are best equipped if you have :
Preferably a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.Experience in work study, plant layout, material standardization, and headcount modeling.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact across various organizational levels.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Proficiency in PC applications and AutoCAD.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
