Job descriptionGive AI chatbots writing and editing tasks and evaluate their outputs. Evaluate quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance. Fluency in English and Malay. Detail-oriented. Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

We are looking for a Bilingual Community Manager to train AI models, measure progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve quality.
In this role you will hold an expert level of linguistics, converse in both Malay and English with chatbots, and write novel conversations to teach them what to say.
