About The Role
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality accounts payable support to the Accounts Payable Lead (direct reporting line) and the Finance Manager, ANZ. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely processing, reporting, and maintaining efficient shared service operations. Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable : Review and process trade and non-trade supplier invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance to company policies and procedures Prepare and process electronic bank transfers and payments Ensure timely payment of supplier invoices Employee expense reimbursement claim review and processing Supplier account reconciliation Supplier masterdata maintenance Analytical accounts payable reporting to support cashflow preparation, aging analysis, timely payment analysis, and payment terms analysis Support internal and external audits Process improvement to streamline, standardize and simplify AP processes People
Accept and complete other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Accounts Payable Lead and Finance Manager for ANZ. Skills and Requirements
Previous experience working as an accounts payable with preferable knowledge of JD Edwards or similar accounting software in Trade and Non-Trade Commercial and business acumen Intermediate Excel skills Attention to detail Deadline-oriented Confidentiality Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Positive and self-motivated Alignment with our collaborative culture Able to work during non-public holidays observed in ANZ but not in Malaysia, on a rotational basis among team members About Caldic
