Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable transactions including verifying, coding and preparing payments.
- Update daily cash flow, prepare interbank and inter-company fund transfers and HDA withdrawals.
- Print daily and monthly online bank statements.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team including filing and organizing documents.
- Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Applicants must possess at least Certificate in Accounting or equivalent.Applicants must have minimum 3-5 years of working experience in account assistant or related fields.Applicants must have basic knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.Proactive and able to work in a team as well as independently.Able to start work immediately or preferably within a short period of notice.Full-time position is available at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee KL.Working Hour
Mondays to Thursdays : 9.00am to 6.00pm
Fridays : 9.00am to 5.30pm
Alternate Saturdays : 9.00am to 12.30pm
