Responsibilities
- Develop reward strategy strongly linked to clients’ business objectives and help them understand and communicate their values
- Assist boards to develop executive remuneration strategy, ensuring appropriate consideration of governance, stakeholders and the regulatory environment
- Benchmark directors’ fees and provide advice on appropriate peer groups and market alignment
- Design and deliver compensation & benefits solutions, including rewards benchmarking and robust market remuneration data for base salary, fixed remuneration and total reward elements
- Review and design short‑term incentives for executives to drive company performance and motivate individuals
- Review and design long‑term incentives, including scheme type, performance hurdles, accounting and tax considerations
- Use data‑driven solutions and people analytics for total reward optimisation
- Build meaningful client connections, anticipate the needs of teams and clients, and deliver high quality work while navigating ambiguity

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience within the human capital domain of reward, performance and executive rewardDegree in actuarial science or equivalentProven analytical experience, financial modelling and quantitative analysis with strong numerical and Excel skillsGood subject‑matter knowledge across a range of other HR / workforce‑related capabilities as part of the broader reward conversation with clientsExcellent verbal, written communication skills and portfolio management skillsAbility to build business and sustain client relationships from day oneCollaboration and participation within a highly diverse and inclusive teamAbility to work independently and lead projects or large streams of workAbility to thrive on challenges, multitask and prioritise workload in a fast‑paced environment where quality and speed are essentialManage teams to ensure on time, on budget delivery and achievement of outcomesSupport the sales cycle and help with practice development and eminence buildingSupport development of junior consultants by actively guiding themTravel Requirements
