Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps that align with the organization's overall business strategy. Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Monitor and report on IT performance indicators and metrics, including service levels, project delivery, and resource utilization. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Streamline IT processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations. Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation, cost optimization, and improved service quality. Monitor and control IT expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints. Coordinate with IT Technical Support Assistant Managers to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budget. Provide leadership and guidance to IT staff, encouraging professional growth and career development. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Nurture existing client relationships to drive repeat business and maximize customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to potential clients. Customize solutions based on client feedback and requirements, ensuring alignment with their business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and delivery teams, to ensure alignment and support in business development efforts. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Qualifications Possess at least Diploma / post Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related disciplines. 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field with at least 1 year of leadership / management experience is required for this position. Experience in system integrator and infrastructure (IT) Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
