We’re looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Operations Core Project Lead Analyst based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Lead analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business.

The individual will work on the Asset Servicing Transformation program for the core Asset Servicing applications including upgrades, lead phases of the project lifecycle for strategic, cross functional business initiatives. The program this role will focus on is system replat forming including the main Asset Servicing processing platforms and peripheral systems.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the day to day management of executing to milestones and budget on one or more projects.
• Stakeholder requirements gathering
• Test planning and execution
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the Program Manager, when appropriate.
• Work with Project Lead to ensure business case / cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives and confirm project plans meet business needs.
• Provides sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and / or other team members.
