Job descriptionDevelop product architecture, including decomposition into risk components and pricing models. Develop and refine pricing models and decomposition techniques to enable more competitive pricing and higher margin capture. Optimize product structures to balance risk and return, thereby improving conversion rates and client retention. Ability to create high-demand products that achieve rapid market traction. Ability to execute hedging activities across all product components with full alignment with systems & Hedging Execution & System Integration Assist in ISDA and CSA Negotiations Automate Manual Structuring Processes Ensure Full System Integration Execution of hedging activities across all product components with full system integration, without much manual intervention Configure Systems for Scalable Product Delivery Ensure systems are scalable and responsive to market demands, enabling faster time-to-market and broader distribution. Increase in operational efficiency contributing to faster revenue growth. Strengthen Governance to Accelerate Product Approval Collaborate with Middle Office and compliance teams to ensure operational readiness and regulatory alignment, minimizing delays and unlocking faster revenue realization. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in structured product development, derivatives pricing, or financial engineering. Proven track record in designing and launching structured products with measurable sales impact.
Vice President, Structured Products & Portfolio Solutions
To lead the development and execution of structured product solutions along with their associated hedging strategies and portfolio management activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Ideation, Structuring and enhance Pricing to Improve Profitability, Product Ideation & Strategic Alignment
Lead the ideation and design of structured products aligned with market demand and strategic goals.
Identify and Engage Hedging Counterparties
Set up and maintain system configurations that support efficient product rollout, booking, and lifecycle management.
Own and streamline documentation processes—including policies, product programs, and regulatory submissions—to reduce time-to-launch.
