We’re looking for a friendly Cantonese / Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur! You’ll assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have an excellent experience—both over the phone and online. Shift work is required, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are what we value most. Experienced candidates may be considered for senior roles.
Requirements
- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply

- Willing to work on shift rotation
- Salary : Fresh Graduate – RM3,500
- 2 years’ experience – Up to RM3,700
- More than 2 years’ experience – Up to RM4,500 basic
- Overtime – Entitled
