Responsiblefor facilities and maintenance items, general repairs and troubleshooting. Responsible for Waste Water Treatment system and it’s facilities. Conductgeneral maintenanceand repair on all areas of the facility; including, but notlimited to : flooring, wall patch, painting, plumbing, lighting, ceiling, tile,door, window, clean up as directed, etc. Conduct general maintenance and routine monitoring of the Waste Water Treatment System. Monitors contractor’s performance; works closely with external vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications. May act as the project coordinator for all size projects including large scale repair and new facility construction projects. Monitors and replaces light bulbs in all assigned facilities, as needed. Makes minor plumbing repairs, as necessary. Performs basic electrical work and determines when an electrician is required. Dismantles and installs furniture. Transports goods or equipment as assigned. On-site escortof contractorsand vendors. Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by the Branch Manager. Work on projects as assigned by the management Qualifications

SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) / Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or equivalent. Qualified chargeman for maintenance and installation. The chargeman shall be registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga. Work experience related to project management, vendor management, facilities and / or maintenance.
