The Guest Service Agent is responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences by providing efficient, courteous, and professional service. This role ensures smooth check-in / check-out procedures, handles guest inquiries, resolves issues promptly, and upholds the hotel’s service standards at all times.
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions in the property management system.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
Uphold hotel policies, safety, and security procedures at all times.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
