Hilton Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is inviting a Director of Front Office for a pre-opening role. This leadership position requires a hospitality veteran who will set the benchmark for first impressions and elevate the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the front office team, providing direction, coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee front office operations, including room assignments, billing accuracy and coordination with housekeeping and other departments.
• Ensure all guest interactions from check‑in to check‑out are handled efficiently, professionally and with a focus on exceeding expectations.
• Resolve guest complaints, special requests and operational challenges, preventing service disruptions.
• Collaborate with reservations and revenue management teams to maximize occupancy and optimize guest satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing training, conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to improve service delivery.
• Prepare daily reports on front office activities, occupancy rates, feedback and operational issues.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with Health & Safety legislation and Hilton brand service standards.
