SALES ASSISTANT

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Lioco Food Industries Sdn Bhd in Simpang Ampat, Penang. As a full-time Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and payments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and inventory data
• Follow up with the Production Planning team to arrange logistics and ensure they coordinate delivery according to the committed schedule.
• Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and responding to customer emails and phone calls
• Generating Packing List / Delivery Order & Invoice for outgoing shipment and preparation on customer declaration.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services
• Represent the company at local and overseas sales events and exhibitions to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
