Junior CRM

Key Responsibilities :

• Take ownership to maintain and develop customer relationships on a daily basis, follow up and communicate with customers. (by WhatsApp / SMS / Email / Phone Call or with CRM system)
• Understand customer needs and preference to provide competitive products and service.
• Participate in compelling effective written content for business proposals and sales pitches
• Research and create reports to summarise the study / feedback of market trends and competitors to enhance better customer experience and business performance.
• Regularly track and update conversion rates, active rates and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely and effective manner; support other related duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
