About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about the digital world and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, managing social media, optimizing digital campaigns, and analyzing performance data. You’ll work closely with our marketing, sales, and event teams to execute strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Execution :

You’ll assist in planning, creating, and launching digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online platforms to maximize brand visibility.

Content Creation :

You’ll craft engaging posts, visuals, and materials to drive audience engagement and build our brand presence.

SEO and Website Management :

You’ll support efforts to optimize our website and ensure our content ranks high on search engines.

Social Media Management :

You’ll manage our social media accounts, schedule posts, and monitor performance metrics to grow our online community.

Performance Tracking :

You’ll analyze marketing data, prepare reports, and share insights to improve future campaigns.

You’ll work closely with sales, events, and design teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.

Event Support :

Collaborate with the training and event teams to support live or virtual events. Attend training sessions to immerse yourself in the content and create tailored, impactful materials before, during, and after the event.

You’ll stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements :

Passion for Digital Marketing :

You’re enthusiastic about the digital space and eager to learn and grow.

Hands-On Experience :

You have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or relevant internship experience.

Creative and Detail-Oriented :

You love thinking outside the box and have a keen eye for details.

Tech-Savvy :

You’re familiar with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or email marketing platforms.

Analytical Mindset :

You can interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
