Managing subcon assembly engineering performance.

Job Description

In your new role you will :

• Managing subcon Assembly Engineering Performance in terms of :
• Drive subcon's performance KPI(Yield, Quality, OEE etc)
• Full engagement in new product ramp-up team and manage safe launch introduction
• support technical capability assessment at subcon.
• major owner for subcon audit and performance tracking and drive for improvement
• Drive together with subcon on assy yield improvement.
• Manage all assembly equipment qualification, release, setup / buyoff procedure with subcon.
• Continue optimizing on process control and monitoring
• Supporting deviation management, audit and other baseline improvement activities.
• Manages assembly documentation (control plan, OCAP)
