Job Overview :
We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to support the Taiwan and Hong Kong market for a leading E-Hailing & Delivery platform. You will handle customer inquiries through calls, live chat, and emails, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets. Full training and accommodation support for outstation candidates are provided.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Maintain good computer literacy and use internal systems effectively.
Requirements :
Minimum age 18 years old with SPM, UEC, or IGCSE qualification.
Proficiency in Mandarin (Traditional Chinese reading & typing),
Cantonese and English.
Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Working Hours & Shift :
5.5 working days per week
Rotational shifts (24-hour coverage)
Public holidays and weekend s are compulsory working days.
