Job description

Apply for the Transition / Finance Project Manager (BPO or SSC) role at ACCA Careers . This role leads end-to-end transition and transformation programs within a BPO environment, driving operational readiness, process improvement, and innovation across people, processes, and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end transition activities from planning to service delivery, ensuring operational readiness and smooth knowledge transfer.
  • Develop and manage transition plans encompassing people, processes, systems, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual requirements during transition and transformation phases.
  • Design and execute transformation strategies to drive innovation, efficiency, and cost savings.
  • Implement continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives across business functions.
  • Manage large‑scale transformation programmes using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, workshops, and executive briefings to support change management.
  • Act as a change leader, promoting adoption of new processes and systems with clarity and empathy.

Qualifications

  • A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in SSC or BPO work environment.
  • Proven expertise managing transformation and transition projects.
  • Familiarity with the technology and telecoms industry.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
