Maxis Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Maxis is seeking a Senior Commercial Pricing Specialist to lead pricing strategy and support the Sales team with profitability analysis for commercial opportunities. The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making and delivering pricing constructs aligned with Maxis strategy. Lead the pricing strategy for commercial proposals in alignment with Maxis overall strategy; support the Sales team by conducting profitability analysis of commercial opportunities and lead in commercial offerings. Prepare financial models to assess future profitability of identified opportunities through quantitative analysis and other business recommendations. Engage regularly with business stakeholders in planning revenue, usage and churn campaigns, including determining price points and pricing recommendations. Provide advice and recommendations with business acumen on industry and segment pricing benchmarking, competitor reactions, and ICT growth outlook to derive recommendations impacting existing base and forecasted revenue. Develop business and financial models to assess profitability for new or revamped products and services with pricing elements; work with stakeholders to obtain timely approval on the business case. Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Statistics, Finance and Mathematics, Accountancy or Business Management 8-15 years of relevant pricing, business analysis and experience in commercial management or similar capacity Strong knowledge in business modeling and commercial management with good business acumen Knowledge of telecom products and services, marketing, and financial analysis Ability to work independently with good communication and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment and to be a team player What’s next?
